...to the summer of 2020. We found ourselves, like everyone else, spending a lot more time in the house. In the evenings we’d sit in front of the TV or scroll through our phones – usually at the same time. Pretty soon we realised this wasn't an ideal way to spend the day (both on our own or with our loved ones). So we set out to find ways to get in touch with our creative sides, and make all that time spent indoors useful. (And fun, obviously.)
After experimenting and playing around with a bunch of crafty projects, we found that working with air dry clay was really fun, creative, therapeutic and rewarding. That's when we knew we'd found something special that we had to share with the world. From these humble beginnings, Pott’d was born.
Pott'd has now gone from a kitchen table hobby to real business. We've helped over 250,000 people get creative, been featured in loads of cool magazines and gained an entire creative community on social media. We even have our own YouTube show and Podcast! The Pott'd team is on a full-time mission to keep the creative times rolling – we're so happy to have you here too.
Pott’d was born in a time when our mental health was challenged by fear and isolation. Many of us found our escape in creative activities and for me, this included discovering air dry clay.
My dream is for Pott’d to help others like you uncover your creative side, spark your imagination, and experience the unique calming flow of working with your hands.

We proudly work with London-based charity Open Art Spaces, to host affordable creative events all over the city and bring the joy of crafts to more people.
We’re all about making crafts and pottery more accessible and available to those who want to get creative from the comfort of our own homes, as easily as possible. Even if you've never touched clay before, our bank of resources and tutorials will take you from beginner to expert in no time!
This year we've launched Pott'dCast, a video-podcast haven for creative enthusiasts, air dry clay aficionados and psychologists alike.
